About Judy...
Judy's classes are a combination of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga specifically designed for pregnant and postpartum women. Her love for the natural and beautiful process of pregnancy and birth, along with the birth of her three children, Isaiah, 12, Elijah, 8, and Rhia, 2, allows Judy to be present and familiar with the needs of her students. Her classes are gentle and loving, offering her students a safe and nurturing environment. Classes are beneficial for beginners as well as those already familiar with yoga.
Her heart's work is to hold the space for the children and those supporting them, as we uncover the truth and possibilities of a vibrationally new world. Holding a vision for a world of harmony, peace and joyful expression, Judy sees the potential of each being to be fully self-expessed, joyful, peaceful and free. Our Mother Earth calls us to awaken to all of who we are and the power we share to participate fully in the Shift of the Ages!

Judy's Classes...
Prenatal Yoga - Postures focus on strengthening, gently stretching and allowing bodies to become more flexible and open. Judy assists women through the breath and guided relaxation in embracing the absolute awesome miracle in which they are participating and gaining the awareness and ability to honor and love themselves and their bodies as they change and grow.
A woman is a bridge between spirit and form and she can allow herself to become more fully present as she nourishes and receives her baby. Celebrate and anchor Love embodied as this beautiful being prepares to enter new life! Postures and breathing techniques can support women both during labor and delivery and throughout life as a mom!
Postpartum Mom and Baby - Both mom (dad's welcome too!) and baby benefit from this class.
Postpartum yoga can improve posture, support and strengthen backs and arms as babies grow, build flexibility and endurance. And new moms know how one needs endurance! Yoga during early motherhood can improve your physical and mental well-being and assist in softening possible postpartum blues.
Yoga and massage techniques with the babies can assist them in relaxing, sleeping better, becoming more limber and toning.
Judy's primary motivation is to assist women in becoming more present (using the breath) with themselves and their babies so as not to miss the amazing possibility for joy and intimacy lying in their arms. Our babies are our gurus, our teachers, of present moment living in love.

Judy's Private and Group Offerings...
Counseling Sessions are Individual, Couple or Family Sessions that assist in tuning into the areas in our lives that we want to enhance and areas where we may feel blocked in expressing our selves fully and vitally. Judy simply acts as a conduit through which your inner wisdom can articulate and guide you to clarity and well being and full expression of who you are.
Transformational Breath sessions are offered in both individual and group settings. Transformational Breath is a powerful self healing technique that opens up restricted breathing patterns, allows for the integration of blocked emotion and mental patterns and assists in gaining access to higher levels of awareness, and deeper connection to Source.
Classes and Workshops for Parents focus on embracing ways to offer limits as you allow for the limitless possibilites available for your children, connecting on the inner planes, developing your intuition as you assist them in developing theirs.These wise beings can push us to every edge of who we think we are, it can be joyful and it can be challenging, sharing with other parents in a focused group setting can be very empowering!
